Voyageur’s Local Pink Paddlers

  It’s always fun to see familiar faces come through Voyageur, especially when one of them is a competitor.  Cindy Hansen from Sawbill Outfitters brought her group of women friends up to Voyageur to begin their canoe trip.  All of the women are our neighbors from the North Shore.  One of them has been Abby’s teacher for the past two years.(Abby didn’t flunk, Mrs. O’Neill taught a K-1 class last year and 1st grade this year.  We’re hoping she’ll be Josh’s teacher next year.)   

The ladies looked pretty in pink with their newly purchased Pink Paddles from Voyageur.  It’s always great to see people paddling to fight breast cancer one stroke at a time.  There is no doubt in my mind they will have a great canoe trip.  Thanks for paddling with us!
