Moose, Robins and More on the Gunflint Trail

     Open water abounds on the Gunflint Trail.  The Seagull River is ice free, Swamper is open and the other lakes are on the way.  We saw the first robin at Voyageur Canoe Outfitters and our moose friends are back in the neighborhood. 

     Mike’s sister and brother-in-law had several four legged visitors of the long legged kind over the weekend.  They had the opportunity to snap a few pictures of the moose and I took the photo of ice free Swamper Lake.
