Happiness Is…

Wearing my purple Favre jersey with pride as I cheer on the Cook County M2 Team to victory.   That was just earlier today in Silver Bay, MN where a weekend of hockey action took place.

To say Josh’s team looked good today would be an understatement since they looked awesome. The team was fired up and Ethan Sporn had a Hat Trick within minutes of the start of the game.  The offense did a great job passing the puck around enabling many players to score including Josh Prom with two, Connor Somnis with three, Andrew Miller with one and Ethan Sporn added another one before the end of the game.  The offense attacked the net ruthlessly and fired shots on goal one after the other.  Meanwhile  CookCounty goalie Cameron Roy and the tight defense of Will Ramberg, Tristan Bockovich, Chase Gwash and Trevor Berglund held the Two Harbors team to only three goals.

CookCounty didn’t let up during the second game of the day.  They were relentless in charging the net fearlessly throughout the game.  The defense did a great job of feeding the puck to the offense.  Playing their positions tightly Levi Sheils scored a goal, Will Ramberg two, Connor Somnis 2, Josh Prom 1, Ethan Sporn 2 and Andrew Miller with six goals.  Alyssa Lachinski, Tristan Bockovich, Chase Gwash, Trevor Berglund and Jayden Grivette all did an outstanding job but just couldn’t get the puck past the Hermantown goalie.  They defeated

Voyageur crew members Jessica and Tessa came to watch Josh play as well as my sister’s family.  The icing on the cake was the Vikings beating Dallas during today’s football playoffs.
