84 Degrees and Sunny on April 1st

You may think this is an April Fools but it really was 84 degrees and sunny today where I am. That’s because I’m visiting my Aunt in southern Arkansas. Surrounded by towering pines it reminds me of Northern Minnesota except where we have lots of rock they have red clay.

I don’t have a clever April Fools for today but Ely  came up with Canoeber. A canoe ride sharing in the Boundary Waters kind of like Uber. Imagine getting tired out in the middle of Saganaga and being able to contact 3-4 canoes in the area who would be willing to come and paddle you back. The challenge could be lack of cell phone service and locators on canoes but where there’s a will there’s a way.
