Gunflint Trail Fox Receives National Recognition

So the headline isn’t 100% accurate but a photographer from Burnsville, MN who took a photo of a fox on the Gunflint Trail received an award for the wildlife category of the Windland Smith Rice International Awards Competition, held by Nature’s Best Photography magazine.

Benjamin Olson captured the Gunflilnt Trail fox in a yawn and named it “Time for a Nap.” You can read more about Benjamin and the fox online.
