Fall Fun

Today was a beautiful day to be out and about.  The sky was blue, temperature warm and Fall was in the air.  My friend Maria and I took advantage of the wonderful weather and went on a hike.  The Border Route Trail runs from about 48 miles up the Trail all the way to Lake Superior.  It is a great trail and there are some awesome spur trails that allow you to access smaller portions of it.  We went in at Mayhew Lake and made a loop around Mucker Lake for about a 2 hour hike.  It was great to be out in the woods and hiking is especially fun in the Fall when there are no bugs!
