     It seems odd to see a weather warning for Monday posted on a Friday.  Especially one that mentions possible flooding in February.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN DULUTH HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM
WATCH…FOR ICE AND SLEET…WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

RAIN…AND FREEZING RAIN…MIXED WITH SLEET AT TIMES…WILL
SPREAD OVER THE NORTHLAND THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY…PERSISTING
THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT
ICE ACCUMULATION…AS WELL AS LOCALIZED FLOODING WITH THIS STORM.
THE ICE AND RAIN…ACCOMPANIED BY STRONG WINDS UP TO 30 MPH…
WILL RESULT IN VERY DIFFICULT OR IMPOSSIBLE DRIVING CONDITIONS BY
MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. YOU ARE URGED TO BEGIN PREPARING
FOR THIS STORM NOW. BE SURE TO HAVE A SURVIVAL KIT AND SEVERAL
DAYS WORTH OF FOOD AND WATER IN YOUR HOME IN THE CASE OF LONG
TERM POWER OUTAGES.
