Sound of Seagulls

If I hear the sound of Seagulls then I know fish are being caught by guests of Voyageur.  That was the case this morning as the sun was coming up.  The seagulls were sqwauking and circling the fish cleaning table in hopes of a fish gut treat.  The fishing has obviously been good as of late.

The weather hasn’t been quite as wonderful but we’ve received some much needed rain.  About an inch of rain or more has feel on parts of the Gunflint Trail in June and we’re not quite a week into the month.  The forecast for the rest of the week looks good.  Thank goodness it looks like it will be cooler than the recent 80 degree temperatures we’ve been experiencing.

Come enjoy the nice weather and good fishing at Voyageur this week, we’d love to see you!
