Snow Much Fun

The temperature dropped considerably overnight and the rain turned to snow.  We now have 2-3 inches of snow on the ground and it has been falling all day long.  The ice on the roads that was turned up by the grater is now frozen solid and provides great traction.  Needless to say, we had an uneventful drive to the bus stop this morning, except for the sighting of a fox friend.  We are keeping ourselves busy with thoughts of a new print brochure, our annual print newsletter and adjusting our rates for 2006.  Before we know it we will be able to reserve permits for the upcoming paddling season.  Let us know if you would like us to reserve one for your trip, we’d be happy to help you.  We can reserve Quetico Park permits five months in advance of the start day of your trip and we can apply for the BWCA lottery already.
