RAIN SHOULD DECREASE FROM WEST TO EAST BY EARLY THURSDAY
AFTERNOON. THIS IS A DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM AND IT IS POSSIBLE
THAT THE AREA OF MOST SIGNIFICANT RAIN WILL SHIFT.
* DUE TO THE RECENT EXCESSIVE RAIN AND FLOODING OVER COOK

RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE AS GREAT AS THE PREVIOUS
SYSTEM…SIGNIFICANT RAIN IS POSSIBLE.
A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
