* TIMING…SNOW WILL START TO MOVE OVER THE NORTHLAND AFTER
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW
WILL BE HEAVIEST DURING THE DAY SUNDAY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS…STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE
FROM 5 TO 8 INCHES…EXCEPT 6 TO 10 INCHES OVER THE ELEVATED
TERRAIN NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR FROM FINLAND TO TOFTE TO GRAND
PORTAGE.
* IMPACTS…ROAD CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT THE NORTHLAND ARE EXPECTED
TO DETERIORATE RAPIDLY ON SUNDAY. THE SNOW…COMBINED WITH WIND
WILL CAUSE SOME AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. WINDS WILL
GUST UP TO 25 MPH AT TIMES IN SOME AREAS.
