"If a fellow isn’t thankful for what he’s got, he isn’t likely to be thankful for what he’s going to get." – Frank A. Clark
This Thanksgiving instead of getting full on food I am going to be full of Thanks. There are so many things to be thankful for in my life… I am so grateful to be able to live at the end of the Gunflint Trail with my wonderful family that includes all of our friends, employees, and neighbors(both human and animal). I am so fortunate that those in my immediate family and extended family are healthy and happy. I’m grateful to the teachers, coaches, and other adults in my children’s lives for providing positive role models when I am unable to be there. We are lucky to live in a caring community that openly appreciates people for who they are. We have loyal customers who are also our friends that allow us to live this lifestyle and we are very fortunate. Thank you all for sharing the love of the wilderness with us and may you be full of thanks this Thanksgiving Day and always.
"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." – John F. Kennedy
