Gales of November in October

It was a windy weekend in the northland. The cold temperatures, damp weather and wind gusts in the high 30’s made it feel more like a November weekend than October.  I guess that’s what we get for all of the nice weather we experienced earlier in the month.

The forecast for early this week calls for rain and snow flurries.  The temperatures predicted are only for high 30’s until later in the week when it will warm up.  Not sure if you have plans for the MEA(Minnesota Education Association) break this week but at least the skies are expected to clear up to let the sun shine through.

It’s when the wind blows when I can really hear the hiking trails in the woods calling my name.
