Favorite BWCA Campsite

Do you have a favorite campsite in the Boundary Waters?  Many people ask us which site to camp at on particular lakes.  I have a hard time choosing a site for someone when I don’t know what their personal preferences are.  Everyone likes something different in a campsite; some people want to see the sunrise, others want to see it set, some people want good weed cover for fishing, others prefer a clean beach for swimming, some people like a campsite high up on a rock and others like to be at lake level.  I have favorite campsites based on my memories of that particular trip; what the weather was like, how the fishing was, who I was with.  Many things help to determine my favorite campsite, how about you?
