Christmas Day in the BWCA

     What a perfect place the Boundary Waters would be to spend Christmas Day.  Especially on a day like today when the temperature is pushing 30 degrees.  It’s definitely a winter wonderland with the frozen lakes and snow sticking to the trees and covering the ground.

     A trek through the woods, jigging a lure through the ice or just taking in the silence.  While you may not be able to spend Christmas Day in the BWCA I do hope you find the feeling of peace like you most surely would if you were in the Boundary Waters today.
