Chik-Wauk Needs a Helping Hand

Chik-Wauk Museum and Nature Center is the first project of the one-year old Gunflint Trail Historical Society.  The GTHS is a non-profit organization that relies on money received from donations, memberships and grants in order to operate.  It takes alot of money to open a museum and there are some dedicated volunteers continually filling out applications for grants and researching other grants that are out there.  One of the grant applications asks for comments from the public regarding the project.  We would be grateful if you would take the time to visit this website and write a quick comment about why this organization should help the GTHS.  What organization are we asking for money from?  Well, here’s a brain teaser for you.  Who do you call when you need a helping hand?  It isn’t Ghostbusters, but if you go to the website you’ll be solving a mystery and helping the Gunflint Trail Historical Society.
