Believe in Jack Jabonski!

I’m hoping Jack is the winner of the CBS Courage in Sports Award. In case you don’t know who Jack is he’s a hockey player from Minnesota who was injured in a hockey game last December.  He’s doing amazingly well as you can watch in the video below.  He’s an inspiration to all and I wish him and his family the best!

The votes are in and CBS is projecting a winner!

Thank you for your votes supporting Jack Jablonski as the 2012 America’s Choice Honoree for the CBS Courage in Sports Award.

For a clue about who might have won, visit the Jabby13.com home page to see a new video promotion CBS has just released.

The America’s Choice Honoree will be announced during the Courage in Sports TV special broadcast November 11 on CBS at 5:00 pm EST (at 2:00 pm CST in Minnesota; please check local listings for CBS affiliates in other parts of the country).

Please encourage others to watch on Sunday – and celebrate with Jack!

For more than two decades, “Courage in Sports” has honored sports legends such as Muhammad Ali, Hank Aaron, Arthur Ashe, Kerri Strug, Walter Payton and Cal Ripken Jr.  The 23rd annual “Courage in Sports” is a one-hour special that will recognize this year’s America’s Choice Honoree and six other individuals who have overcome monumental challenges to achieve greatness in the world of sports.

The four weekly rounds of America’s Choice voting ended on Tuesday, October 2 at 12 noon (after being extended 24 hours because the incredible response of BEL13VERS voting for Jack in the final hours overwhelmed the Facebook voting system).  During each of the first three rounds, Jack received two thirds of all votes cast.

Inspired by Jack Jablonski and his dream to "skate again," BEL13VE in Miracles is a volunteer-lead effort to promote awareness and support for spinal cord injury care today and a cure tomorrow.  Jabby13.com
