Snow is Falling on the Gunflint Trail

Yipppeeeee! I’m excited to report we received a few inches of new snow last night and it’s still snowing. Tony has been out plowing and shoveling but it is still coming down. This is exciting news for winter outdoor enthusiasts. More snow helps the cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails, Lutsen Mountain and the mushers in this weekend’s Gunflint Mail Run.

The Mail Run begins this evening at Trail Center and folks are super excited to see them there and at Devil Track Lake. If you are in the area then be sure to check out the excitement on the Gunflint Trail.
