Protect All of Our Water

Minnesota is known for our many lakes. Our rivers and streams may not be as famous but they are just as important as our lakes. We’ve heard about protecting the Boundary Waters from mining but we also must be concerned about our other waterways like the St. Louis River.

The St. Louis River could be affected by mining and that would be a tragedy. It’s a beautiful river that runs through a Minnesota State Park and provides recreational opportunities as well as scenic value.  I encourage you to read about the threat to the St. Louis River and do something to help protect it.
