Gunflint Mail Run Coming Soon

The sound of jingling bells will soon be drowned out by the sound of dogs barking with excitement.

The Gunflint Mail Run Sled Dog Race   begins on January 7th.  There are two classes in the race with a 12-dog 110 mile race and an 8-dog 70 mile race with a mandatory layover for each class.  This makes it a very spectator friendly dog sled event you won’t want to miss.

Matt and Cassidy will be volunteering at one of the road crossings during the race but they would love to have guests of Voyageur share in the excitement if you are interested.
