Cold Winter Weekend

The high temperature today on the Gunflint Trail was -3 degrees and the low temperature for last night was -21 degrees. Those are actual temperatures without the wind chill factor. According to an article our wind chill was -41 degrees and “The lowest temperature report relayed by the National Weather Service in Duluth on Sunday morning was 38 below zero at Embarrass.”  No matter where you are it can always be worse! The good news is the forecast calls for warmer temperatures this week and for Christmas.
