Boundary Waters Serenity

There’s still time to paddle and enjoy the solitude a Boundary Waters canoe trip has to offer. The rustling of leaves in the trees, of waves lapping against the shore and of loons calling as they gather together to head south, all are sounds I long to hear. When I am in the woods I listen for the chirping of chipmunks, croaking of frogs and the tapping of a woodpecker on a hollow tree. It’s wonderful to hear silence or to hear just the sounds of the natural world. It’s calming and has a way of refreshing and reenergizing the soul. Take advantage of the remaining paddling time and visit us today.
