We've Got Snow

Snow on the Gunflint Trail

Winter enthusiasts in our neck of the woods have been jumping for joy the past couple of days.  From Grand Marais to the end of the Gunflint Trail there is a white coating of snow everywhere!  Most areas received anywhere from 4-8 inches of the white stuff and flurries are in the forecast.  Maybe all we needed was the flip of the Calendar to remind Mother Nature of her responsibilities to produce snow.

Grand Marais Snow

December is here and with it winter has arrived.   Pull out those cross-country skis, dust off your snowshoes and find all of your winter gear.  I'm pretty sure the snow is here to stay so find your shovel, get out your windshield scraper, put the plow on the truck and let it snow!
