Fish Heads and Fish Eggs
If you see seagulls circling the skies around the Dockside Fish Market then you can guess there are fish being caught. Harley and Shele Toftey own the fish market and are commercial anglers on Lake Superior. It's the time of year when they catch fish for their eggs. They send the eggs overseas to be eaten as caviar. It's quite the process and MPR did a feature on them. I had the opportunity to see and smell first hand what goes on during one of my children's field trips there.
